No stat increase at level 24

Just finished LR'ing a toon on the 6/19 build and didn't get a stat increase at level 24.

So what's the plan with addressing this on live after people have achieved level 24?

I can also confirm that we are not getting our stat point for Epic 4, I do hope this is fixed before it goes live as it seems kinda important since you'd be forced to buy a lesser heart if its fixed after the expansion hits live.

Is this going to be addressed with Patch 1? It's been busted since the start of closed beta.

yes we are, new lvl 25 takers are getting their stat point, or is it lvl 24 either way
