how and where do you attach your screen shots to submit to the screen shot of the week?

Under my posting rules it says that I cannot post attachments. Shouldn't VIP members be allowed to do that? or is it based on posting count?

Not sure what you mean about attachments. I do know that if you want to share images on the forums you just have to have them up online on a site like photobucket or something similar then just link it to your forum post.
