    Default 2WF Elf Favored Soul, critique it please.

    This build will be for my artis 4th life, if its fun enough may just repeat it 2 more times, and likely try to make a similar cleric build after. My main goal is 2 weapon fighting while soloing, i dislike khopeshs and like both elves and scimitars. I know up until 8 or so i will be swinging some form of 2 hander or a 1 hand and shield. I know a WF 2HF would be a lot easier, especially with that prestige. Perhaps i will give it a go on another life.

    Not sure what i missed or should swap the order of. Spells are not too big of a deal, i wont be healing any raid or group(if i group at all beyond a few quests requiring extra bodies for lever pulling and such) that's seeking a healer, and i should be able to keep myself up and swinging with what i have chosen. I'll be using a bard or fighter hireling (really got to loving those songs on my arti) and will have the elven enhance to raise dead every few minutes if needed, so a revive early in the spell list is not needed.

    I know it lacks power attack, but don't think it will have the to-hit to use it anyway, and given the lack of dungeon scaling while solo i am assuming monsters will go down pretty fast. Will melee damage be an issue in the mid levels? if so i could skip final 2wf feat and put PA up front delaying 2wf for a few levels.

    I've not yet tried linking a build from the character planner, so if this turns out funny looking by all means give me some pointers on that and i will fix it.

    How would a 14 Favored sould 6 Kensai Fighter be for leveling purpose by comparison? Again it will be more for getting a past life, not for raid healing, though self healing is always nice as well. Sort of threw this build together.

    There are many discussions about strength versus wisdom in some of the threads located here http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=370115

    With that being said. Here is a similar version of your build. I chose Half-elf. If you want to stick with your build I would relook the feat order (prefer mine) and take fire, acid, and electricity for resist (in that order).

    Please note with my build I didn't take improve crit slashing. I can use MinII green steel scimmys for keen. I also think it's very important to have uninterrupted heals when meleeing so took quicken.

    I would want both empower and quicken on any fvs. Even with max ranks concentration you still get interupted by spells often enough, and when zerging, heal spell on timer and didn't go off=dead fvs. At least take it for mass heal...

    Fvs have the sp to have empower on all the time...you will want to sp dump sometimes and unempowered blade barriers are kinda meh.

    Also, take holy aura spell, the stacking +4 saves for entire party is crazy good.'

    Also, take heal before level6 mass cure.

    Greensteel weapons are out for me, never run the raid and unlikely to ever do so. Its the same for most raids, voicechat seems to be a must have to qualify for a spot(its funny how a lot of quest groups are getting that way too, most quests are just easy anyway..). So i'll have to grab improved crit slashing. As for the various status curing spells i will stick with potions, already in the habit of using those and surely i can put the spell slots to better use. Pretty much the same for rez, scroll usage can cover that if the hireling needs back on its feet.

    I had missed quicken and will drop the final 2WF feat for it. How will the to hit be on this build? Should i go ahead and fit power attack in?

    Normally not an issue when casting Divine Power. If you start running epics it gets a little bit harder but still should hit well enough.

    I'm playing this build actually ... and i love it ^^.
    37 str without buff (40 when i finish the chrono set).
    I prefer Power attack instead of Improved critical.

    Thanks for the replies, updated the original with quicken. Also added a build with 6 fighter in it, kensai TWF i thought that might boost dps vs bosses. The shield mastery and imp shield mastery i thought would be handy for when i grab big groups to drag through blade barriers. Not sure if the shield line was a bad idea or might really be useful.

    For what it's worth....divine punishment hits Harry for 1k every 2 seconds on my evoker (a bit low compared to some of the better players)....not sure how your 6 fighter levels will boost damage vs DP....I know the goal is two weapon scimmy focus as elf...just something to think about when you compare wisdom vs strength being your primary stat.

    I am not really a fan of anything other than pure FVS. If I were to do a split, even knowing I am TRing as soon as I hit 20, I would think the 18 FVS 2 monk version would be my pick. It's hard for me to give up wings and level 9 spells. Also, I prefer the rogue dilly for 3d6 damage.

    Niflheimr....might I recommend going true neutral? Some bosses do nasty damage to good aligned characters.

    Ah yep, always forgot to change that in the builder, he is lawful good for the leveling (not having 20 umd from the start ), but switch to true neutral at 20.
