    Edit2: Only big deal I see is you don't have improved precise shot.

    I think you'd get more with 12/6/2 monk/ranger/fighter


    What do you get going to 14 monk over 12 monk?

    Going from 4 ranger to 6 ranger gets you a lot more... Improved TWF and Manyshot for free, an extra favored enemy, an extra spell. Ram's Might lasts 6 minutes instead of 4 minutes.

    You can then fit in Precise Shot and Improved Precise Shot
