Haven't worked it out completely, but the idea is to use the (epic) Staff of Nat Gann for melee and heavy repeaters for ranged (duh). High DEX boosts to-hit & dmg on the former and to-hit on the latter; high INT boosts repeater dmg. Could drop STR for max INT, but I think Power Atk is important enough to be worth the sacrifice.
