anyone have the crafting link for tod rings need to craft shocking burst on my ring cant find anything please help

Shocking Burst*

Air- Arrow/Bone/Shrap/Stone

Dominion- Bone/Chain/Scale/Shrap

Material- Arrow/Scale/Shrap/Stone

All of these ingredients are MEDIUM. Use the Altar of Subjugation to create these three items, combine them with a Shard of GREAT power in the altar. Then combine the imbued Shard, your ring, and 9 Shavrath Trophies of War in the altar of Subjugation.
