    Default Game Card issue... Again..

    Just entered a Game Card, logged out then back in and still not VIP - plz help - thx!

    Default Same here - waiting OVER A WEEK for my account to credit!

    Same - I entered a card over a week ago, and I'm still waiting for it to activate.

    Why can't this be fixed permanently? Every time I enter a card, I have to go through this!

    There is a helpful sticky here for help with Game Time Cards.

    If after you have gone through the sticky you still need some help, you will want to contact the Account Management team directly using the information in my signature. They will be happy to help you!

    If you've added a game card and you're not vip afterwards, a 30 second phonecall to turbine will resolve the issue.
