Setup is extensive... 540hp 3400 mana all sorc umd based

32 pt glacial assault, sup 8, GS elemental mastery boots, Telvi's set etc.

It's in the combat log, really small.

I'm guessing either a helpless mob, a cold immune mob (like hell hound), or both.

Go play with the power crystals in Mired in Kobolds. Big numbers out of context are meh.
