since in game bug reporting is not working i'm posting this here. the following U9 items drain 2 charges from the mantle of the world shaper when you equip them.

Pretty sure that was addressed in the notes for the upcoming patch. It is a known issue and will be fixed soon.

the Bracelet of Thaarak, Staff of Fleshshaping and the Turbulent Epee do not drain charges.

unless i missed it the only thing i saw in the release notes were that items with a vampiric effect were getting fixed so they didn't drain charges. unless these six items have a hidden vampiric effect i don't think it applies. Originally Posted by TEcarson
