    Default Missing paid content.

    I upgraded my account to a VIP one today with one credit card, I then used a debit card to purchase the 32 point build and Veteran status (the thing that makes all your toons start at lvl 4).
    I just logged on to see my account has been downgraded and that I cannot access all of my paid content.
    Is this because I used two cards?

    The VIP subscription payment is not charged immediately. It is actually charged the next morning. The system simply charges whatever card is on file when the subscription payment is debited.

    So, if you changed cards, and the card you used for the points purchase didn't allow the VIP subscription payment, that might be why you're Premium. If you upgrade again, and put the card on file that you want to use for the subscription, you should be all set.
