you know the little circle thing that is in your bottom right corner, i think its called the examine window or some such. well, mine has disappeared, and i have no idea how to bring it back. and i know there must be a way because its there on most of my characters
does anyone know how i could bring it back?

It's your target window.
It has a little "eye-box" just like all of the other windows like your chat box or your quest objectives box. You hit it. It went into mini-mode. It disappeared behind your hot bars.
Move your hot bars and you'll find it.
