Nicely discovered.
FYI to those investigating - I don't want to spoil things, but do talk to the "researcher" NPCs.
They give hints on enemies to come.... and one in particular was a "uh oh" feeling.
(for the Eberron lore officianados, Belashyrra and Orlassk may ring a bell)

There is a new altar as well. I took a screen shot of the barter box but didnt' feel like showing all the recipes. Looks to be the upgrade altar for the U9 loot.
