Water Savant Ice Prison freezes Bosses. Is this working as intended?
I ask so I don't go create one and waste my time only to find out that it's not working as intended and it gets nerfed.

Which bosses? Devs have supposadly stopped it from wokring on Harry and other raid bosses.

Isnt it better to fix the really stupid things in this game. There is always talk of easy buttons here, and this is real one.
