Greater Might of the Abishai evocation bonus

According to the release notes for the birthday event

"The Might of the Abishai set bonus has been changed to a +3 increase to the wearer's Conjuration spell DCs (and +1 in the case of the lower tiers.)"

However what they didn't tell us is that it has nothing to do with the evocation bonus involved with the epic 3 piece set, which is now properly working AND stacking with the +2 bonus from the epic staff of arcane power finally allowing us to have 25d6 polar rays

"(Combat): You begin to cast Polar Ray at level 25."
