2 large stones doesn't = 2 Large Shrapnel just so you know and though the dagger is nice for someone that either uses them or just doesn't want to wait around for a shortsword or rapier I would probably guess the most you will see is the 2 Large Shrapnel IMHO and that's probably pushing it , but either way
