GAH!!! Has this happened to anyone else?

I just used a Lesser Heart to change my monk levels to wizard levels, but I did not get to select any spells for the new wizard levels I took. I am now a level 15 wizard instead of level 12, but I don't have any of the level 7 or level 8 spells because it did not let me select any of them

And yes, I put in an in game ticket, but I don't have much hope that they'll be able to help me

I think that is WAI. There was a deliberate change to leave you your old spell book on a LR/GR instead of wiping it out and I think that was the side effect. I could be wrong...but that's whats stuck in my head.

As expected -- "... known issue..." -- "...can't give you scrolls or spells..." -- "...ticket is closed..."

Yeah, there is text leveling up that says that you will retain all the spells you had previously and will not be able to select spells until you take a new level of wizard than you had before (that's paraphrased, but pretty close to the message I received while doing the LR).
