Has it been stated if joe will be hanging around after the event? I have all the components to get my cloak to epic, but id rather not do it until level 20 (so I can use it at 16..). Would like to know so I dont get stuck with a bunch of parts and miss out on the epic cloak.

Although this is far from official it looks like he will dissappear when the event ends. THis is the way it worked for all of the event happenings so far and haven't seen anyone say they are changing it (although it would be nice if they would).
