Monk Shintao 3 bug?

When Update 7 went active, I respecced my monk to take advantage of the 3rd tier of the Shintao PrE.

I love the new strikes (Jade Tomb is a lot of fun and Kukan-Do is very effective), but I've noticed something strange.

In the upper right corner I have a symbol for Shintao 1 and Shintao 2 showing that they are active on my Character. There is no symbol for Shintao 3. I thought this might just be a glitch so I examined my character and it also did not show the beneficial effects of Shinato 3.

I have not yet had a chance to test whether or not I am receiving the silver bypass, but I did not see the Shintao 3 adjustments to my Diplomacy, Heal and Intimidate on my character sheet.

Anyone know if Shintao 3 is WAI or is this a known bug?

The Icons are for the ToD set, not the PrE itself. Shintao 1 is the +2dmg/+2att everyone gets. Shintao 2 is the good/evil typed damage you get with Shintao III.

PrEs themselves don't display icons in the buff bar.
