I probably missed the memo but just started a new divine after awhile of not playing one and I am noticing that prayer and recitation no longer effects allies?

It's a bug that's in the fix notes for this update. Right up there with Rage. ^_^
I play this game. It is fun.

Yeah, I really miss the -1 to enemies too, will be nice to have that back.
