Default TWF Khopesh Pure Pali build requested

OK ive been looking for this for the last few hrs between google and here and maybe im just not reading things right. What im looking for is a build that is

    32 points
    Human
    pure paladin
    twf khopesh

Now I'm still semi new to the game and not sure about if I will be able to get tomes etc right away, but you can always grind temp chrs for favor to get that right? I keep seeing that its impossible as a 28 pt chr but you can do it with 32 just they dont list the actual build then. i went through about 15-30 some odd pages and couldnt find it.

    Thanks in advance

Here's Junt's Guide to Creating Paladins, which gives lots of great advice on building a pally, and also links to some basic pally builds. The second one down is I believe a TWF evasive 18 paladin/2rogue you might be interested in. You'll need to get yourself at least a +2 dex and chr tome to work it though.

Could plan around a +4 CHA tome so you can put your last lvl-up into STR instead, but +4s are incredibly rare, AFAIK; +3 is a more realistic goal. Could reverse order on Extend & Power Attack; could also reverse Imp Crit Slash & ITWF if you take that +2 tome before lvl 9. For enhs I focused on maxing DPS, but there's room for tweaking: e.g., less Smite enhs for more CHA, HPs, or aura enhs.

Correct, the above poster used the character planner and chose all the enhancements after everything else. As you level, go ahead and use whatever you have access to at the time.

Partly to make it easier to read, partly because most builders plan for endgame, partly because it's expected you'll periodically reset your enhs while leveling (so just take whatever's available and useful to you as you go), mostly because I'm lazy.
