Order of application: Mastery III + Improved Criticals/Keen

Kensai Mastery III increase the threat range of your signature weapon by 1. The weapon prefix Keen and the feat Improved Criticals doubles the threat range of weapons. My question is what order are these applied for determining actual threat range? If Mastery III were applied first, it'd be doubled by Keen or Improved Criticals.

Somehow, I doubt the developers would be so generous, but I figure it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Mastery always adds just 1. It's not increased or multiplied in any way.

So I suppose you could say Keen/IC comes first, then add 1.
