Evil Wizard type build

Im not sure if im in the right section for requesting builds but i was told a evil wizard would be a wizard with Pale master

But im new i have no idea what that i so basicly i need a build that is evil human and a wizard

If anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it

you would already have your answer if you would take a look into the wizard forums as you were told. making 3 threads on it wont make it any better
also there is no evil in this game

improved mental toughness
one more at your desire (or go warforged and have better selfhealing)

Okay what i meant was the ability to control the dead or dark elements not arcane

such thing doesnt exist, and palemaster is a wizard enhancement

I prefer to think of it as an "Extremely pragmatic and survival-oriented Wizard".

"Evil" requires you to waste valuable time on things like moustache-twirling and cliche'ed dialogue. Oh, and keeping a pit full of Rust Monsters to drop those pesky Paladins into is way more trouble than it's worth. Trust me.

All it takes to be an evil wizard are the spells Grease and Sleet Storm.

Grease and Sleet Storm do not make a Wizard "Evil".

They make him either "Chaotic" or "Dead".
