    Unhappy New VIP account on 8/12

    I got my VIP account on Aug 12 and only received 500 DDO points I believe I should have been in the promo for 1000 DDO points. If I was not in time for the promo please let me know If I should have received the points this is to let you know I did not. Thanks for the assistance
