So I did not recieve my Second round of 1,000 TP this month, the way my billing cycle works appearently prevented me from getting the second round of it. What can I do/Where can i go to recieve my promo 500TP i was screwed out of?

Were you a VIP since before they announced the bonus? If so, you should have received the bonus for three months. If you signed up to be a VIP after it was announced, you should have gotten two. If you procrastinated and signed up after the 18th, you would only get one.

I did call Customer Support they are appearently closed on the weekends, looks like i will have to wait till monday.
