Default Elf TWF scimitar build. Need advice and help.

I am a new player and have been playing for about two months. Usually play with a group with four others and have only made it to lvl 8 on my THF. This is my first build so any advice would be great. Playing an elf character with dual wielding scimitars and pure fighter is set in stone, but pretty much everything else is open for debate. I want to set this character up to crit hard and often. I have 32 point open so this build is set up as such. I do not own any tomes either. I am also unsure if my picks for feats and enhancements are good enough. Plus, any gear during my travels I need to grab.

    Elf
    Dual Wielding Fighter

    Stats:

    Str: 16
    Dex: 17
    Con: 14
    Int: 12
    Wis: 8
    Cha: 8

    All ability boosts into str.

*Put 12 Int to get 3 skill points per level and 17 dex since I don't have any tomes.

    Skills:
Intimidate, Jump, and Balance (Alternate points into balance and jump every other lvl.)

    Feats:
    (1) Toughness, TWF
    (2) WF: Slashing
    (3) OTWF
    (4) WS: Slashing
    (6) PA, ITWF
    (8) IC: Slashing
    (9) GWF: Slashing
    (10) Stunning Blow
    (12) GTWF, GWS: Slashing
    (14) Power Critical
    (15) Toughness
    (16) SWF: Slashing
    (18) Quick Draw, Iron Will
    (20) Brutal Throw

    Enhancements:

    Fighter Attack Boost III
    Fighter Haste Boost III
    Fighter Weapon Alacrity
    Elven Dexterity II
    Valenar Elf Melee Attack II
    Valenar Elf Melee Damage II
    Kensai Scimitar Mastery III
    Fighter Critical Accuracy IV
    Fighter Kensai III
    Fighter Weapon Mastery Scimitar II
    Racial Toughness II
    Skill: Intimidate II
    Fighter Strength III
    Fighter Toughness II
    Fighter Stunning Blow II

Thank you in advance for any help given and please be gentle.

My biggest complaint about a fighter is their lack of will save. May want to take that Iron Will a bit sooner if you're a soloer. Otherwise be prepared to be held and commanded like a street-hooker. Although, wis pots and rage potions will help.

If you're not much of a soloer I guess its not a big deal...

Well, I was planning to get some wisdom items and bonuses to will to help with that. But, I could probably take Iron will earlier and just revamp my feat selection. I plan on playing this character with others but, may be soloing only in the earlier levels.

    Thank you for the advice.

Other than dodge/mobility/spring attack, I wouldnt bother with any feats beyond the kensai required feats and toughness.

Maybe keep OTWF if you intend to run epics, outside of epics, you won't have trouble hitting.

    Otherwise, drop:
    stunning blow
    power crit
    brutal throw
    quick draw (maybe keep this)
    iron will

You won't really need saves feats, least in present form.
Alot of buffs will cover for those.
    heroism(gtr)/bard songs/prot. from evil./spell resistance, etc.

Go max str, drop int & dex.
a +1 dex tome isnt that expensive or hard to find, so base 16 is plenty.

    starting stats:
    18
    16
    14
    8
    8
    8

Find an int tome for lvl 7.
    intimidate(maybe)/balance/jump for skills.

As far as gear goes, do like everyone else and find the best you can get.
Required gear would definately be a bloodstone, otherwise, whatever.
