We are aware of an issue that has caused some Premium players to be downgraded to Free status. We do apologize that this issue has happened again. We are working to resolve this issue (now and more permanently), and will post when we have an update. You do not need to submit an inquiry in order for your account to be fixed.
I am happy to assure you that you do not need to delete any characters if you would like to play in the interim. Simply select the 2 that you want to play tonight, and any other characters will remain on the account, you just won't be able to use them. Once the issue is resolved, you will have access to those characters again.
