So my character's at level 4. Not at the exp cap yet, but starting to get close. I've read that you need to get a Copper Leveling sigil thing to get past level 4. Does anyone know where to get one?

Those are no longer used.
Main: Castagir (completionist), officer of the Fighting Clowns of Sarlona. Alts: Modric, Modrich, Kristna and others.

They removed the sigils from the game a few updates back.

Leveling sigils have been removed from the game. You don't have to worry about the cap anymore.
