Now i spent a couple hours reading all these noob guides for help but yet i still cant choose what
character to make so im asking you guys could you give me a suggestion on what to pick & also whats a good world to start in.
Side note: I dont want a spell character as a suggestion.

Do you have 32 point builds and Warforged?

Watch it. You made 2 threads.

If you mean the build on the wiki. That is a perfectly viable build and is certainly not useless.

Tihocan has made a good thread where he makes the standard paths into good viable builds.
One of those will certainly suit you.

EDIT: As to what server to pick, there's not really a difference gameplaywise or populationwise.
    Khyber's for drama.

Orien and Cannith are the newest.
Thelanis claims to be the official RP server.
    Etc...

for a first melee character try for a two handed style. its easier on the cash flow as you only need to get 1 of each weapon type. also if you find out you have the wrong weapon type and cant hurt the monsters properly there is less chance of you doing absolutely no damage.

for that try a barbarian, follow a build on it and your toon will be great to learn the game with and get to cap. by then you will be stinking rich and know enough about the game to start a two weapon fighting style melee toon and get the right weapons at the right time to stay highly effective in all situations (and also any tomes if the build needs it).

thats not to say you cant start out as a TWF, its just a little harder and less forgiving. THF barbs are nice and simple, take lots of STR, lots of CON and add a whopping great big blade to taste.

Character development is great when one has a concept of who you want your character to be like.
Swash buckler, vigilante, knight, viking, woods men, cop, robber, tough guy or meek.
    Those are just a few.
D&D is designed to help one fantasize who they want to portray.
I suggest you do a path on the character select screen, as those give nice portraits of various life styles,
and advance your toon in that way.

    Have fun.

For learning the basics of the gameplay, finding your way round etc. I always recommend a halfling fighter with the dragonmark feats taken as soon as they become available (you need to do Lockania's quest in the marketplace to unlock them on the server) - put build points into STR & CON & get 14 INT, with stat increases from level-ups into STR. Feats-wise at 1st take toughness (essential for the extra HP) & as you level take stunning blow (combat expertise & improved trip can be nice too if you have the space for them), and for weapons go with 2handers, but keep a couple of sword & board sets too for when you need to turtle up a little more.

If you dont like the character you can reroll, but its a nice starting character that has some good healing capabilities for self-sufficiency, stunning blow gives some good melee crowd control & the build is perfectly capable of being viable to cap & endgame, even if it isnt the most "uber l33t" out there.
I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.
