Ok, I have read what feels like a million builds and I think I got this right. The only thing that bugs me is the HP feel low. This is my first roll of a bard, so criticism and advice is welcome. I was aiming for a supporting role that is capable of defending itself should it draw aggro, and jumping in the fray when support is not needed.

I took a +1 tome at lvl 3 so I could pick up GTWF. That let me put all stat increases into CHA.

The prestige enhancement I aimed for was Spellsinger.

I focused on maximizing UMD and Perform. I put points into Con and balance next, with the leftover going into hide and move silently (with the fighter lvls going to jump). I took some tumble at lvl 1 so I wouldnt hurt myself with short falls.
