As a casual guild, our members play times vary and we tend to gravitate towards smaller groups. As for the mature part, guild chat can be a **** shoot. All good-natured fun though...

I was looking through the guild listings and found your post. Draconic Descendants might be what you're looking for. Granted, we do organize raids, but you aren't required to participate in them.
I personally, as the leader, like small parties and good questing, I also like to explore. For anyone else reading this, and for the OP, my main character is Arsta . She is the guild leader of DD. I will keep an eye out for your characters in the game.
