Purchased points + modules, still only 2 char slots

There's a major thread on this i think. It may be you are suffering from premium account downgraded to free account bug that's been ongoing for 4 days now. You'll find the thread if you look at "new posts".

It specifically said that it affected existing premium characters, so I didn't think it applied to me (they mentioned new ones should be fine). But I guess it could be the issue and they were wrong...

The issue that has caused Premium accounts to be downgraded may also cause players who are just buying points to not receive Premium access. All of these accounts should be fixed when the larger issue is resolved. Updates about this issue will be posted on the main forum page.
