    It sounds like an exploiter build.
    Cannith. Loot. Shaolo (20) - Nicodemuss (TR) - Anathos (TR) - Shaoloalint (TR) - Melowdie (20) - Nicoheals (TR) and a bunch of others.

    pretty standard explotior build.

    not bad, would change some of the feats, such as switching otwf and ic slash. also not sure why you need sf umd, not bad otherwise

    With a +6 CHA item I can use heal scrolls.

    i dont know, it's a standard exploiter but some things:

    drop wis to 10 and raise con. HP good. more HP better. co n15 + human advanced + 6 item + 2 tome = 24
    i'm missing 2 points in level raise? (18 str > 21 str = 23 base + human + 2 missing level ups + 6 item + 2 tome = 32 )
    10 wis + 6 item + 2 tome = all the spells you need. will safe.. meh.
    going int 10 will let you get 1 skillpoint. explioter builds can use 'm.

    you have a rogue level but no DD/open lock.. why?
    jump has no need for higher then 10 points. your ranger spell gives you +30 eventually for 20 or so mins.
    i also see points in swim... not needed. spells/ underawter action make this obsolete. maybe module 6 will change it but for now it's useless.

    someone else said exchange OTWF for IC:S - good advice. khopeshes benefit greatly from that on that level as you'll be prepping for sands (partially usefull), gianthold (usefull) and possibly orcard (pretty useless) Vs... a slight chance to hit more.

    your lack of power attack until lvl15 (not a bad choice) makes this a decent exchange.

    Looks like an Exploiter with max STR and INT as a dump stat. Not bad, but it seems a shame that UMD is your only max rogue skill; surely you've got the skill points for Open Lock at least don't you? Also with INT 8 you can't get Combat Expertise as readily as the Exploiter (INT 12 + 1 tome), which is an important part of its AC. I prefer base stats 16 / 14 / 14 / 12 / 14 / 8 on an Exploiter, but if you're willing sacrifice AC for +1 to-hit & dmg, go ahead.

    BTW, if you delay your monk splash until after lvl 9, you'll be able to take IC Slash at lvl 9 (rogue 1 / ranger 8 = BAB 8). I'd delay khopesh or Toughness so you could get IC 3 levels sooner.

    I hadn't planned on taking CE because i was leaning more towards DPS and not AC. I will be using PA 100% of the time at 20. The extra AC you still get just from monk with all the proper items is just a nice extra bonus.
