    Default Noobie Question...

    I want to do the lesser reincarnation to reset my stat points mainly, but does it make me lvl 1 again?

    No it doesn't, only TR does.

    Plus, if you want to go from a 28 pt build to a 32 pt build, you'll need a GR, not a LR.
