i am thinking of rejoining and just want to know what is the most active sever with most people in it?

They are all active and pretty much equal.

Maybe Khyber has the largets population but as i said they are some what equal.

Active population does not mean much. You want a population that has quests for low players. Khyber is an established OLD server where finding groups might not be easy. I do not play on Khyber so I cannot answer with veracity.

Or what you might find is that getting groups for those low quests isn't hard, but the people are going to be veterans who are on their 37th alt and have run those quests 700 times already and so are basically only interested in blowing through it at the max speed possible.

Which if your goal is to level as high as possible as quickly as possible, that could be a VERY good thing. Whereas if your goal is to take your time and play in a group that is all (or mostly) experiencing a quest for the very first time, taking it slowly, willing to be "surprised" by what lies around every corner, then you might prefer one of the newer servers. I know Orien is the newest of them all, not sure which one would be next-newest after that.

So it really depends what you are looking for.
