Default Devs, can you please, for the love of the flame ...

... fix the darn invizo escapist hyenas from WizKing, pls? Twice in a row on epic, I can't advance the quest and need to restart after using resources and waiting for about 10 minutes for the dang things to show up. GMs were unable to help but said it was a known bug. Tried true seeing and see invisibility didn't seem to work or if it did wouldn't know if they were hiding somewhere across from me as I was running in circles all over the place. Thank you.

Yea I've experienced the same issue several times. I just acid fog the whole floor and summon a hezrou- soon as the dog runs into the fog the hezrou finds it. Then i know where it is. Huge pain in the a**

Raise your spot score. They are not invis, they are hiding. See invis and true sight won't help.

I'm pretty sure the spot to find those hyenas is somewhere in the 40+ area, which is quite tough for wizards as its not a class spell and why waste shroud ingredients on a +6 wis skills item?

Turbine, you can hire more developers for the game. We operate on a giant Theocracy of Debt, so go all out finding developers for the best MMO out there

GM said he couldn't see them in whatever screen they see either. He just knew they were there in the instance, but for whatever reason he couldn't see them. As I said, the GM said it was a known bug so I'm assuming it's not just a matter of lack of spot skill.

Another thing that helps is walk around the instance with the volume turned up. The music ingame becomes a game of hot/cold, when you hear it drop a glitterdust.

Agree. For a human sorc with 8 WIS and with 3 skill points per level and balance, UMD, jump and haggle not being class skills it really is spending extremely valuable points on a skill that can be this situational (and that I probably wont get high enough for epic hiding mobs anyway).

This is fine when you are on norm or elite that you can afford to waste mana dropping spells all over the place just cause you hear the "Jaws" music. On epic every last SP counts and having to drop a few spells here and there in the hopes you'll uncover them is just not a good mechanic.

the hyenas bug out when you jump up on the blocks near the right rest shrine. All you need to do to
clear this room is run in invised, drop a dd near a mob, throw a firewall on it and take the dd. rinse and repeat this until the room is clear. I solo this on epic everyday and I clear that first room in about 10-15 minutes. If you end up
jumping on the blocks then you might as well restart the instance because it will take forever to hunt down
    the hyenas.

I agree that +6 wisdom is a waste on a wizard, since the spot skill probably would be too low anyway.
You do get that for free on a concordant opposition item, though, which every wizard would benefit from.

+6 Wisdom and +6 Wisdom skills are two different things.

I dance them then FW and CK/SF them away 2-4 at a time the casters being the #1 priority. If by chance I aggro Den Mother, she gets dancing priority. If I got the SP I throw a wave of exhaustion to slow them down. Max + Emp + GAL makes this process very time efficient. I don't really jump around much unless I'm ambushed -- which happens when I mistakenly aggro two groups at once -- and even then I simply do it until I can neutralize casters and ranged harriers after that the melee and non-hiding hyenas are cake.

Be aware that your suggestion could be considered an exploit -- or cheese at the very least -- which is a big no-no.
