I figure it is time to update my current Ranger project. I made a thread last summer about what I thought was the most versatile archer, which is the basis of the build. I posted another thread with the initial build but with new Epic items and the change to Arcane Archer I made many changes. While I still have many items to acquire or update and 3 TR's to do, here is the final projection.

With high str and 11 base ranks, jump will be over cap incase they ever uncap it, and you can hit 60+ swim with a +15 item and merfolks. Should come in handy in underwater fighting. Can hit 60+ hide and 50+ move silently, useful with hide in plain sight. Spot and listen will hit 40+, useful for hitting hidden targets from afar and avoiding mobs when hidden. Umd will hit 30+ boosted, for res scrolls and some utility like teleport scrolls.

Cure Serious = 31.5 average*1.8(devotion item/clicky and Ranger devotion)*223% healing amp= 102(close to a heal scroll)

Ranged Attack Speed hasted
Repeater 135 shots per minute(sadly it bugs 20% of them, hopefully fixed in pass)
Bow 71 shots per minute
Returning Axe 75 shots per minute

Calculated DPS is between 300-350 in perfect conditions, more if able to use IPS. Use HV damage boost before manyshot, after manyshot switch to repeater. Once Deepwood gets upgraded, I can drop mental toughness for either a prerequisite, empower healing, or maximize. Will make that decision when the time comes.
