Here it is, my current build. I've taken it to 9 so far, and it's working out quite nicely. I'm planning on feat swapping out Mental toughness here soon.

Looks pretty good, and IMO you are on the right track of swapping out mental toughness.

I would take a regular toughness then respec my enhancements to pick up the two (now available) racial toughness, would be a good boost to your HPs.
