If I were to get the Lesser Dragonmark on a character, will I still be able to swap the 1st Dragonmark I got while still keeping the 2nd?
Or does gaining the Lesser Dragonmark forever lock-in the Least Dragonmark so I'll never be able to change it?

Those are not pebbles surrounding the urn filled with Human teeth. They are megaliths!
its the same like twf: the first is a requirement for the second
so no second without the first and no swapping out of the first without swapping the second out first

Ah, that's a shame. I was tempted to try a Halfling Cleric, but using a Feat for Cure Light Wounds just doesn't seem to be worth using up a slot when there are more useful feats I could take for the later levels.
A DM halfling cleric is a viable build if you want to be a healer/buffer. Due to the feat requirements your offensive spell casting will suffer (missing some of spell pen I &II, eempower, maximize, quicken, heighten)
The lesser dm are still worthwhile at high levels as the metas affect them at no sp cost. cure light can hit for ~60-100 with the right items.
That all said, I prefer to have offensive casting on a cleric as well.

They're worth the investment on a healing Cleric? Well that's reassuring. :-)
So with 3 Dragonmark Feats, that will leave 4 left for other things, naturally one will simply have to be Empower Healing, so...
If I have 14 Constitution, should I take toughness?
Extra turning for more Divine Healing, Divine Vitality and Divine Cleansing?
Extend Spell for self/party buffs?
to max out the DMs, you need maximize and empower too.
But that leaves just one feat
Quicken - cannot be interrupted while healing by damage
Toughness - dead clerics cant heal
Extend - long buffs and blade barriers are very nice - but not 100% needed on a healing cleric.
Extra turns: useless at higher levels compared to other feats.
But on the other hands, monks go well with halflings and very well with clerics - and monks get some bonus feats -- did you already start your char? Else you could go 18 cleric/2monk, and pick up quicken, toughness and 1 more feat from the monk bonus list.
You will have nearly the same amount of SP as a pure cleric, but also evasion and 2 more wisdom in ocean stance. (and get get more AC than a pure cleric)
(AC and evasion...did I already mention that dead clerics cant heal?)
Build example: (32pt Lawful Neutral Halfling) (MUST be lawful or cannot be monk)
12 str
16 dex
14 con
12 int (UMD, balance, concentration, 1 to tumble, remaining to jump)
16 wis <- all levelups
8 cha
For 28 pts, go 10 str and 10 int (UMD, concentration, 1 tumble, remaining to balance)
1-11 Cleric, take: DM1, Empower Healing, DM2, DM3
12-13: Maximize (Monk Feats: Toughness and Weapon Finesse)
14-20 Cleric: Empower and Quicken
Some people even go 17 cleric / 3 monk for the monk healing finisher, but thats a very advanced build which plays quite different than a normal healer.
You can also use the SP finisher (-25% sp cost) for tough healing like raid battles.

The Clr 17/Mnk 3 works well, but it is extremely gear intesive, and probably needs 32 poitns (and some tomes wouldn't hurt).
I currently have one at level 18 (15/3) and can heal part 1 of the shroud with nothing but ki healing....
With Grtr Dev 6 and maxed out healing enhancements, I hit for ~60-80, and crit over 100 for NO SP!!!!
I run around with Holy handwraps of Weighted 5% and ki is not an issue.
I didnt go the route of using the Dragonmarks though.

Hi, I play Generic Fantasy RPG Online, formerly known as DDO.
I don't have the Monk class, I'm a free-to-play-er and I'm saving my TP for special offers on adventure packs. So I only have access to the 28-point build creator as well.
Although I keep forgetting it's possible to swap feats without needing to restart a character, including a free feat swap from the same quest where I get my Dragonmark. (Silly me.)
