    also there are no addons for ddo, just ui skins

    As far as I'm aware, you can't - I'm pretty sure theres something in the EULA about it.

    About the best you can do is to have a keyboard that you can setup some macros on.
    I used to be with it, but then they changed what it was, now what's it is weird and scary to me.
