    Default Ranger Past Life Question

Have done a little searching and can't quite find the info I am looking for, so does anyone know exactly how the Ranger pastlife barkskin works? Is it self cast only? or can u target allies? what determines how much ac u receive from it? I know its based of caster lvl but how does that work if u tr from a ranger into a fighter? how long does it last? how many times can u cast it? any insight on this would be amazing

casterlvl = charlvl, confirmed by a dev
for the rest of your questions my guess would be that it acts like the spell, and 3/rest

It is 3 uses per rest, self only, can be subject to metamagics (Extend/Quicken), and the caster level is based on the total character level (so for example a wizard 8/monk 2 would use it as if a 10th level caster).
