This is not a whine rant, just a suggestion to everyone who is vocally unhappy with the new Update.
Can I suggest that instead of immediately bashing the devs about changes and jumping to conclusions, in the future maybe we can try to be more helpful to the devs.
For example - (and I'm not saying everyone did this, I'm just saying some do - you know who you/they are):
1. Not helpful - "I can't believe they nerfed the drop rates! This grind sucks! I hate this game! I hate life! I hate puppies and ice cream!"
2. Helpful - "Ok, so I was running vale quests (Rainbow and Ritual both on elite), and a bunch of people in my party didn't get the signet stone parts. Is this WAI? I'd like to know, thanks. If so, definitely not looking forward to the grind for greensteel now."
The first is a rant. Not helpful at all, except to point out that there seems to be a problem with something not dropping as often as it's supposed to.
The second is actually rather constructive. Lists the quest, difficulty, the fact that it happened to more than one person, and an opinion of the change in the case that it's WAI.
Everyone see the difference?
Let's try to be a bit more constructive. No point in shouting, it's just a game. You no like? You no pay. Simple little equation.
