Start up Video problems

After I select my world there is a start up video that starts with a Warforged walking through some flames. Thats about as far as it gets before the game crashes. Ive been playing for a few weeks and this is the first day Ive ever seen this video. Apparently my computer cant handle the video, but i don't know how i could disable it so i can actually get to the character select screen. I don't think I changed any in-game settings or anything, but i do remember getting messages in-game when i tried to do an animated Emote. It said something about not having all the software installed or something to that effect, so did it patch in or something? Before on the character select screen it had a button that said "watch start-up video" or something, but it was grey and not selectable. Is there any way I can skip through this and avoid a crash? I've tried to click through it as soon as it begins, but that dosnt seem to work or help. Thanks in advance.

Go into your Documents folder, open the Dungeons and Dragons Online folder, open UserPreferences and change the following ShowIntroMovie=True to ShowIntroMovie=False this should prevent the intro movie from playing.
