Which server has the highest overall population at all hours?

I can tell you that Thelanis & Khyber are both pretty active. Not sure when you login but I usually play in the evening/nights and weekends and both are very active.

    None.

Probaly that's not even the information that you want (Unless you play characters of all levels and at all hours) .

Assuming you're new and are looking for low level company, then if you play North American typical hours (Evenings & weekends), the answer is: Any.

Orien & Cannith are the newest servers, but the older ones have significant lower level player numbers, too.

    Default Welcome to DDO

I play some on every server. And every server seems to be well populated with multiple instances of Harbor and Marketplace. I was even in instance #3 in the Rusty Nail tavern once! You will find that DDO is not like other MMOs with a morning server, an afternoon server, an Eastern Time server or even an Asian server.

HOWEVER, once you get into a guild, you will find that most guildies will be playing at a certain time. Be sure to take that into consideration as you get more experienced. Being in a guild does not count for much if you are playing in the afternoon in Europe and your guild-mates play in the evening in California.

All of DDO's servers are pretty much the same in terms of population and most other things. Thelanis maybe has a larger role playing, European and permadeath community than some other servers (not all). Sarlona maybe has more Chinese players than most other servers due to the Chinese servers closing and lots of players from there setting up shop on Sarlona. That's about it! Otherwise, the servers are all pretty much the same.

Thelanis is quite popular tbh. I started on Cannith then went to Khyber and Thelanis...(on friday night thelanis and khyber are very laggy in Korthos and some places in sr.) in the wilderness it is O.K

my PC sucks so if yours does as well in big city or popualted areas you should put your grahic setting to low or ultra low but whe you get to the wilderness turn it up to ultra high :P
