    +4 Improved Devotion VI Steel Shield
    Minimum Level: 16

    6th level and lower spells increased +30%

    You can do alchemical on it and increase it to a +5.

    If you are a non-warforged that can use medium armor, I suggest you farm Shadow Crypt in the necropolis for jinx's vexation. +5 mithril full plate with Superior Devotion IV, ML10.
