Where can I find this?

For both Arcane and Divine spells.

A list would be most helpful.

For a list of all the spells currently in the game, I would point you at the DDO Wiki. And since its finally fixed you can actually use it

From there I'm sure you'll find all the information you need on which is Arcane / Divine and what school each spell comes from

Also, while in-game, if you hover your cursor over the icon for any known spell [or wand, scroll, etc.] it gives you a tooltip containing information about the spell which I am 99% sure includes the spell school.

The problem is, spell school and many other such info is only included when you mouse over the spell in the spell selection list. This is perhaps not as big a problem with spell school, but not being able to see need for material component in the actionbar tooltip is a major issue if you ask me.
