    Default In game support ROCKS!

No not really. It blows. I have a broken NPC. He has become unresponsive and I need to talk to him to continue with the quest chain. And this is what the GM tells me:

(Admin): <Player:IIDString:0x020B000000107574:+Ogdred+>+Ogd red+<\Player> tells you, 'The issue you have described is either not a currently known issue that the In-Game Support team can assist with, or cannot be resolved with the information you have provided. We recommend that you take a moment to submit a formal bug report, which can be done from the REPORT A BUG tab found next to the NEW TICKET tab in the HELP area where you originally created this help request. Note that we request players submit their own bugs because the bug report process automatically gathers important player information such as character name, server name, character location in-game, character level, and more. Be sure to fully review the information at the top of the bug report form to understand how bug reports are handled.'

So why bother opening a ticket? I get a canned response and I'm told to submit a bug report. What a crock of ****.

And apparently a GM can't do anything to alter an NPC. According to ol Ogdred there. So... why bother to have GMs? To send me a tell with a canned response?

Which NPC is bugged? Maybe you can share with us the problem, who knows we may be able to help you out.

Its the guy who grants the Sharn Syndicate quests. Yorrick Amanatu refuses to advance my quest after I completed Stand Your Ground. He tells me "The marketplace can be a tough place for someone like you. I suggest you get a little more experience in the world before coming here." I just got the quest from him and he worked fine.

I tried to abandon the quest and it won't let me because it says it is a one time quest. I tried repeating the quest, which I completed, to no avail.

This might seem like a dumb question to ask, but did you talk to Maxwell Slater after you completed your quest?

I got the same replies from the GMs about Nyx not giving me the dialogue to create veteran characters. I submitted the bug report and so far, over a week later still no vet. characters, hope you get your issues fixed.

Well I'm level 6, and the quests are level 4... I can't imagine needing more xp.

Yes I did. Both times I completed, and he gave me an end reward. His quest chalice is blue. The Coin Lord fella has the gold chalice/green checkmark combo above his head and he doesn't like me. I can still run the other quests (so far) but I'd like to get the end reward.

I have the same issue, although I'm on the Laundry portion of the quest chain. Yorrick has a golden chalice and gives me the completed quest text, but doesn't advance anything (and the golden chalice remains). I can't abandon it as the game says it is a non-repeatable quest. I'm higher level now and don't care about the reward, but I hate having a flashing golden check on the map that I can do nothing about.
