So today is the day for the subscription renewal and when I log in I see that I didn't get my turbine points.
Not only is today (Oct 15) the renewal date it has also been 30 days since I started paying to be a VIP (Nov 15) and here I to may have been ripped off, I hope not but if nothing is done or I get the standard customer service line that nothing can be done then I will have been ripped off.
Turbine, will you help to get this rectified?
