Default Dev's Are Store Tomes BTA or BTC?

Posted this in (probably) the wrong forums before, but wondering before I drop cash to pick up a Supreme +2 tome if the tome binds to my account, or to the toon that buys it. I'm going to have some builds that will benefit somewhat from such a tome, but I haven't made them yet, so obviously they're not level 7 .

And the only toon the supreme tome shows up for is a bank toon, so I really don't need him to gain +2 to all stats.

I'd assume the tomes are BTA, but have noticed that a toon that has eaten a tome doesn't have the option to buy the same kind of tome, (or the supreme tome) so I'm not sure..

I bought a +1 tome a while back and it said it was Bound to Account. I didn't try to move it though.

Your mileage may vary of course, as I also bought a Collectable bag which was Bound to Account, and we know that has changed now.

By the way, not having any characters at level 7, how much are these +2 tomes? The +1 are expensive enough!

Bump - I'd really like to know the answer to this... I have a level 6 that I'm not sure a working guy like me can get to 7 by the end of the weekend :P

Devs - Plz let us know!!!

Someone said they bought a +2 Wis tome and it was BtA.

But be warned - that's second hand info.
