when leveling as one, I know you find quests that are doable with your playstyle until you can handle more difficult levels

However, Im wondering. currently at low level (two at the moment) am I supposed to be doing the same few quests solo over and over? it reduces the xp each time, should I look for something fresh to do? currently grinding Stealthy Reposession on Hard, and Im just wondering if its normal to do it twenty times or so before moving on.
