2 New ViPs looking for a home

A friend of mine and myself recently decided to give this game a shot and liked it (mainly because it takes more skill than placing your head on the keyboard and rolling) so we activated ViP accounts hoping to see new content and have fun. This is where our problem started we are having a hard time finding people to play with on anything but the free content and even if we go with them there are SO many who don't know how to work like a team.
All that being said we decided it's time to look for a guild. Were looking for a guild of mature players who play as a team preferably one that has people in a spread of timezones while we sometimes find ourselves playing earlier we more often than not end up playing midnight-4 or 5am CST or so. We don't want a permadeath guild or a guild thats going to have nonsensical rules like no AH or no consumables.
Yes we are new to this game but we are both competent players with alot of MMO experience
